three1.jpgThere are three common ways that a flipper may be described, you can put your own twist on each of these but in most cases your flipping strategies will encompass one or the other of these as a base.

1. Wholesale it
2. Quick Flip
3. Rehab/Retail it

The wholesaler is often referred to as a ‘bird dogger’ in the investor community. The wholesaler does all the preliminary work of finding a property, gathering data, collecting the information and selling the information to another investor for a fee.

What Is A Flipper?

flipper.jpgNo it is not a dolphin for those of you who remember the old TV sitcom ‘Flipper’.

A favorite way for some investors to start investing is to focus on flipping - buying and selling property quickly.

If you buy the property correctly, it won’t matter if the market is up or down, how quickly you resell the property will be your advantage or disadvantage.

The ‘flipper’ investor buys real estate with the mentality of a quick sale and money in their pocket.

Azam Meo Method

Azam runs a blog (The Azam Meo Show) where he posts online videos that discuss unique concepts that can help you with your real estate investing business. This man has some crazy ideas that you will want to take a close look at. Azam is enlightening and entertaining and his approach to real estate investing is unique and new.

Real Estate Investing Success Philosophy

highfive.jpgIn our real estate investing company we buy low enough, so that we can resell low enough to sell quickly and give a good deal to our buyer. This is a key component of selling our real estate properties and avoiding holding costs.

The more you can make your deal a ‘Win Win Win’ situation the more successful you will be. I use 3 Wins as an analogy for this reason.
