There are three common ways that a flipper may be described, you can put your own twist on each of these but in most cases your flipping strategies will encompass one or the other of these as a base.

1. Wholesale it
2. Quick Flip
3. Rehab/Retail it

The wholesaler is often referred to as a ‘bird dogger’ in the investor community. The wholesaler does all the preliminary work of finding a property, gathering data, collecting the information and selling the information to another investor for a fee.

No it is not a dolphin for those of you who remember the old TV sitcom ‘Flipper’.

A favorite way for some investors to start investing is to focus on flipping - buying and selling property quickly.

If you buy the property correctly, it won’t matter if the market is up or down, how quickly you resell the property will be your advantage or disadvantage.

The ‘flipper’ investor buys real estate with the mentality of a quick sale and money in their pocket.

I recently ran into Azam Meo’s real estate methods and I wanted to let you know about them. Azam runs a blog (The Azam Meo Show) where he posts online videos that discuss unique concepts that can help you with your real estate investing business. This man has some crazy ideas that you will want to take a close look at. Azam is enlightening and entertaining and his approach to real estate investing is unique and new.
